I placed an Order for a customize birthday cake for my birthday a week before my birthday celebration and a baker named Ann typed it on the tablet what flavor, size, etc of the cake I want. When I came back to the bakery to pick up my cake a week later, I gave 2 bakers (Ann and I forgot the other bakers name) my name and phone number. They were looking for the cake and just realized they don’t have it and my order wasn’t put in!! I was upset and disappointed... I had to buy an already made cake and all they can do is giving me a SMALL discount for a cake that was already made. During my birthday celebration, a whole cake cracked from left to right. Be careful when ordering a cake from that bakery!
Such a wonderful job on my daughters unicorn birthday cake. It tasted delicious as well! From start to finish southpoint Walmart bakery was amazing. The customer service was amazing. I am beyond impressed and pleased. Thank you for such a job well done!
