Waldwick Public Library

My wife scheduled a passport renewal on a Saturday. We were running a few minutes behind and the staff was very accommodating. I actually had to call home as I forgot some information and again, the staff was terrific. They took the pictures for my son's renewal along with completing all of my paperwork. They mailed my son's information and provided me with all of my information completed with next steps at post office. In less than one hour, both of our passports were completed and mailed. I would highly recommend using them.

The service is good and the equipment is set up in a user friendly manner. The only compliant I have is staff at the desk talk too much and too loud. I find this compromises my concentration when I am at the computer stations which are located by the circulation desk. Also when the kids come in it's Chao's.

Zero stars. THIS library is EXTREMELY NOISY. Horrible! Do not go there if you want a real library setting, like a NORMAL good library. Its like a three ring circus . DO NOT GO HERE. Even the staff is horribly noisy and loud. !!!!

Went there for my daughters passport renewal..Very helpful and knowledgeable staffs and the best service ever..even though they say 30 min wait time they called us so fast ... overall excellent experience

I take my Japanese Exams here for my class at the University of Alabama and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They have been an excellent proctoring service.
