Wake Up Call - Sullivan

Sadly wake up isn’t what it was when it opened. The last 2 times we have been shocked at the price and not just the price because I don’t mind paying for something that tastes good. We ordered 2 of their specialty drinks it cost us $17.46. The coffee taste burnt, they didn’t have whipped cream, only one lane was open with one worker helping customers and the other on her phone. The card reader wasn’t working so I got to ring myself out entered all my own card information. Then to get the drink and it’s awful both myself and husband agreed we could have gotten Maverick gas station coffee that would have tasted better and cost only $6 and not taken so long. Sorry wake up call but it’s a hit or miss and with your prices it should be always on point.

I love this location. Megan(unsure of the spelling, sorry) ALWAYS makes our drinks perfectly, and knows our usual order off the top of her head. Everyone here is always friendly, and encourages us to try our drinks before driving away to ensure they taste good. Thanks for being awesome, guys!

Staff felt having a conversation with a customer they were familure with more important than serving other wake up call customers in a timely manner. The experience was terrible. I would honestly rather drink Starbucks, at least their customer service is better than this location.

I always like going into this location because the staff is friendly and attentive. 4 stars on the atmosphere because the music is a bit loud but it's not enough of a bother to keep me from coming back! They do a great job with the drinks and serve em with a smile!

This is the third drink I've gotten in a row where my drink is completely inedible. I'm tasting coffee grinds in my drink which I do not pay a premium for. Plus the flavor compared to every other wake up call location is severely lacking wich is the most disappointing part. Please just drive down to the location by Fred meyer
