Wake Up Call - Southridge

Nice place to relax or work remotely while enjoying a mini breakfast sandwich or coffee, cute little coffee shop/café with comfortable seating and calm atmosphere. Espresso and sandwiches are priced higher than 'corporate coffee', but service is good. Breakfast sandwiches are mediocre at best - while small and spend... For example, ciabatta bread was warm wheat (not toasted) with plastic-like cheese which ruined what would have been otherwise decent turkey and pesto spread. We were surprised with the breakfast egg and bacon sandwhich, it was so small it should have been called a 'slider'. I always wondered why there are a handful of these Wake Up Call locations but they never seem to be too busy, after trying breakfast sandwiches yesterday and dropping shy of $50 for 3 drinks and 2 sa

We always get nervous trying new coffee places when we’re traveling, and these guys were the nicest surprise. Perfect coffee, friendly employees and super quick service. They even went out of their way to make an off menu frozen hot chocolate for my kiddo, so we’ll definitely be back.

Great service. The girl who took our order was super friendly and communicative. Barista was very nice too.

Walked in this morning to this southridge location, and they were slammed! However that didn’t stop them from providing excellent customer service. From the young lady who took my order to every employee working together as a team with flawless communication, talking out loud and helping each other out for everything to flow. Also doing it with a great attitude. Everyone was very polite. I asked the gentleman his name as he gave me my coffee and sausage breakfast sandwich ( both are very good). Zach thank you sir! You and your co workers are doing great!

Coffee was not the best, I've had, but still drinkable. Might just be a different coffee roast I'm not used to. Or too much chocolate not sure. Seem like more and more the its harder to taste the actual coffee.
