Wahlburgers

There isn’t much to expect from a burger chain at the airport. Service was friendly, but rushed. We started with the truffle tots which were pretty good. We both had the “our burger” with an added fried egg. The burger and the egg were over cooked. I asked for a side salad which was mostly onions and apparently your only choice of dressing ranch apparently. At least the beer was cold.

We ordered a chicken burger combo at the Boston airport takeout location. First of all the combo did not come with a drink just fries and the sandwich. Fries were ok but the sandwich was inedible. The meat was so thin I would barely consider it sandwich meat. It was overcooked and large portions were like jerky or with no meat at all. Just breading. Very disappointed. Love Mark and his movies. Hopefully his other restaurants are better. Chalk it up to an airport issue.

I had a disappointing experience at this location today. The restaurant was almost empty. I sat alone at a four-seat table by the window. There were many other four-seat tables available, and one actually taken by 1 person, they didn’t mind him sitting there. A waiter named Alexander approached me and told me I could not sit at that table. I politely explained that I was happy to move if a group arrived and needed it, and that I simply wanted to order and sit by the window. He insisted that I move, even though another single customer was seated alone at a four-seat table and was not asked to relocate. We had a very disappointing experience at Wahlburgers in Boston Logan Airport. When we arrived, there were no greetings or acknowledgment from the staff. While we were still looking at the menu, an older staff member suddenly came over and grabbed the menus from our hands without saying a word or asking if we were ready to order. During our meal, while we were still eating, the same person came back and told us to leave without even asking if we were finished. This was shocking, especially since there were plenty of empty tables around and no customers waiting. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. We’ll be sure to tell everyone we know not to visit this restaurant. Definitely not recommended for anyone.

First time in this chain burger restaurant. Very obvious Paul Walburg put time and effort and passion into creating the delicious , juicy burgers 🍔. Had a long wait are Logan and this was perfect for a cold brew and wonderful burger. Our server was friendly , establishment was clean and we can say we are fans!
