Our experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE. We were referred by our old accountant who sold his practice and this firm has been an absolute nightmare. We had our taxes done 3/26/25. We signed all paperwork and were advised of a refund. We heard nothing as of 4/14/25 so we followed up to see if everything was ok. They waited until this time to actually submit the taxes and they were rejected. Firm told us they didn't know why. We went over all details of the taxes and discovered they had our son's birthdate wrong. The COLLEGE student they had listed born in 2022 instead of 2002. We fixed that. Weeks go by - no word.
