Waffle House

Me and my colleague went here after an exhausting day at work and the service was amazing from start to finish. Dawn the server was so nice and amazing and the gentleman came from the back smiling making sure we had good service. Customer service is hard to find these days. I had never been to a Waffle House before. I was recently traveling and stayed across the street from this Waffle House. I ordered online, they no longer take orders over the phone. The ordering process was easy and their menu is kind of limited but still has all the best stuff I wanted to try. I ordered everything from cheesy eggs which was so excellent, chocolate chip pancake cooked perfectly, grits were so super tasty and buttered, plus a steak and a bowl for the people I was with. Everything was so super excellent! My order was ready before it estimated time and I was able to get in and out of the establishment and bring back my food to eat at the hotel. I will for sure go to another Waffle House again! First time and now I love it. Thank you!!!

As always, I love the Waffle House food and atmosphere. This location did not disappoint. In fact, the server was not happy with how my over easy eggs looked and asked me to check it. They were closer to over-hard, so in just a second, she had me a new order cooked correctly. As always, great service.

The service was the best part, but was not the best. It first started with iced teas without ice, which is always a bummer. Then to the food, 1 of 3 waffles were cooked good, the scrambled eggs were grossly undercooked and bacon was floppy. The hash browns were decent, but what isn’t that is drowned in butter. I even seen the cooks take something they messed up rehandle the food, which I hope the customer is allergic what they swapped.
