Waffle House

Went Christmas Day at 11am. They were very very busy with online orders and sit down customers. They all worked very hard and were smashing out the orders very quickly. The food was delicious and orders were correct. As soon as people were finished they cleaned the table and seated others. It was a great experience. I thank them all for working so diligently on Christmas Day!!

We stopped in after the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event and an excursion at The Velvet Room. The waitress did not bat an eye at our attire which tells me they have seen things. She was a wonderful waitress and had just started the week before! Definitely recommend. I had taken my kids and grandkids before and a server sang to our table randomly! They have the best crew at this location!

I would rate this a zero if I could because we got zero service. We came in after our friends had just ordered and no one came to take our drink order, and then after their food was brought we tried to order and she rudely cut us off and said she’d be with us in a minute and then never came back. So, we ordered online and we ordered a regular waffle, a chocolate waffle, and a regular hashbrown and our chocolate chip waffle had no chocolate chips and the hashbrowns had cheese. And the syrup was spilt all over the bag. Overall, really bad service and we used to really love this Waffle House we’ve been going there for years.

Took the family out for dinner. My son loves WH. Burnt bacon, burnt toast, burnt burger. We were not visited by our waitress after we received our food. I wasn't busy. There was only 1 other table (3) guests while we ate. My wife's nor my drink was ever refilled during our visit. $63 spent. It'll be a while before we come back to this location.

On 11/2/2024 I stopped by to place an order to go. Upon getting my order and driving 14 minutes to my house I opened my plate to see a Texas toast sandwich that looked like one half was freshly cooked and the other was off of a plate that another customer didn’t eat. I’m not saying that was the case but the look of the 2 halves didn’t match or look like you cut it in half. I drove back to the restaurant to ask for a refund and the manager (Amy) stated that since I didn’t bring the other sandwich back she couldn’t give me a refund on my part of the order. Then out of nowhere she took my order and placed it in the trash and walked off. To avoid a disturbance I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me other than the fact that she was the district manager and I wasn’t getting a refund
