Waffle House

Just a quick stop for breakfast at dinner time. Service was great, food was fast, hot and delicious. The only reason I gave a 4 on atmosphere was because the entrance and parking lot had a lot of litter. Napkins, cups and just trash. I know this cosmetic but looks bad.

The worst. I went at 3pm on a Sunday - one other person in the restaurant. After waiting 10 min with no acknowledgment from the server, I stand up to leave. Then she walks over and apologizes and says "it will be a while". I give her my order, 15 mins go by and they have not even started cooking it yet. They had maybe one to go order they we're working on but it was just ridiculous. When I left she said 'sorry' like there was nothing anyone could do?

Angie is a rock star! She was immediately at our table, treated us like family, brought our food promptly, and was on it with refills. Ron made the best food we’ve had in a long time. For a Sunday at noon, they had that place running like a well-oiled machine; we’ll be back soon :)

My bf and his son stopped by this location this morning before picking up a vehicle at Copart. They walked in and this location was nasty, every table was full of dishes and not cleaned off and or wiped off. My bf sd he cleared off one of the tables so that they could sit down to eat and the waitress cussed him and told him that he knew better and he was not suppose to be doing and just kept ranting about him doing her job that apparently she was not doing. He told her she will not be talking to him like that and he left then she is gonna try to apologize and offer them a set after cussing at him. I understand they were short staffed but that still is no reason to have poor customer service

Store #386 I was just here I instantly noticed how cold it was inside the building I placed a to order it was uncomfortable in there because it’s so damn cold no heat is ridiculous as cold as it outside. Please who ever owns this location please do your people right and get this right. I’m watching the people in here work with colds on because they are freezing in here. Everyone in here was nice and friendly but there’s no way these workers should be in here with no heat even they said they are freezing.
