Waffle House

We ordered a waffle along with hash browns and bacon, and everything was prepared just right. The food tasted fresh and satisfying, and the place was neat and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. This is definitely a spot we would be happy to visit again.

I usually don’t leave these review but i just experienced the worst service of my life. My son picked up a to go order with a cousin and despite the 20% to go fee and additional $5 tip, the cook and staff was aggressively making comments prior to making food. My son then felt bad and went home to get more cash to bring back, $20 to be exact. The cook continues on making comments. I called the store over 10 times with an answer and the person who answered hung up on me. When we opened our food we found raw eggs, egg shell, non toasted toast, missing eggs, burnt ham. We paid full price, 20% automatic to go fee, $25 extra cash to get uncooked and burnt food.

We went to the waffle house in meridianville tonight and our server was named Ethan. Shortly after we were seated we placed our orders, Shortly afterwards another couple was seated after we were. We placed our orders and then he went to the other couple to get their order. 5 minutes later he comes out of the kitchen with the other couples food which let's me know that he called their order first even though we ordered before they did. This led to a very frustrating dining experience and it will be a while before we come back

Your average Waffle House. I stopped in for some quick grits and bacon; it was good and came out fast. Ironically, it probably would have been cheaper if I ordered a meal but they didn't say anything about it. Service was good. Staff was younger than what you usually see and a little on the shy side but warmed up pretty fast, no complaints.

The food was excellent; however, our experience was significantly impacted by the service. Unfortunately, our server, Candy, was extremely rude to my family as well as to other staff members. This was particularly disappointing given that it was Christmas Eve, when we expected a more welcoming atmosphere. Due to this experience, we do not plan to return.
