Waffle House

It’s waffle house, so the expectations are fairly low to begin with. But every time i go in, the wait staff is wonderful regardless of what time of day. Victoria helped me last night at around 10 pm and was very nice and attentive. The only gripe I have is the food was served in to-go containers and plastic silverware. Not sure if it’s because they didn’t have a dishwasher on staff at that time, but I can overlook that if that’s the case.

Worst service in the world....people don't listen to what u order and its cold when u do get it. You shouldn't have to ask for part of your order 4 times!!! Then the waitress didn't give me the right waffle, and she acted like it was our fault she didnt get the order right! Then she had all her waitress friends looking over at our table! The waitress gave us dirty utensils and when i said something she just jerked it out my hand like it was my fault the utensils were dirty! Learn how to wait on people correctly!! Not worth the $35 we paid!

On the morning of 1/28/26 the service was absolutely TERRIBLE! The waitress (her name is Jocelyn by the way) walked past me several times before she finally decided to take my order and as I was looking around at the atmosphere they couldn't have been that busy. Then she told me that my order will be done in 15 minutes so when I walked back in the store after 15 minutes they were just now making my order. I was SO upset that I canceled my order so I wouldn't be late for work and asked for my money back and I'm not sure if it was even refunded back on my card, so with that experience I say this with confidence that I will NEVER go to that Waffle House location again.

Were not from alabama and I was excited about trying this place as the food in alabama never disappointed me, but the server kinda ruined the experience. I believe her name was smiley, she didnt greet us or introduce herself. She literally just placed the napkins and silverware down and walked away. Came back dropped off the waters and walked off again... and then I noticed how she was with other people. Nice, smiling and all that but once she came to our table it was all blunt and short. Sorry but that doesn't deserve a tip... especially if were new.

I love this Waffle House. The people are so nice. They make everything super fast, and make you feel welcomed the entire time you’re there.
