Waffle House

Today’s visit was phenomenal, under new leadership of Raki and his team provided excellent customer service as well as a wholesome meal. I will definitely return.

I went to a different waffle house in the state of Georgia. The food was horrible. This waffle house the food was better but the service was not very good. Remember when working with the public customer service skills are required and appreciated.

I have lived in this area for 7 years. This Waffle House has gotten my take out order wrong at least 4 times. Please check your to go orders from this location.

Won’t be heading back to this location any time soon. Several tables still had dirty dishes on them and the cleared tables didn’t even appear to be wiped off. (We were the only customers in there at the time and had to figure out which table to sit at. ) Our orders were not correct and listening to others who ordered before we left, their orders also were not correct. Including a phoned in order. The floor was dirty! Menu’s, what looked like gray plastic dishes holders were on the floor behind the counter, napkins, yellow order slips and other items remained on the floor the whole time we were there. Staff walked by ALL these items several times and made no effort to pick them up. Also a garbage can was in the middle of the floor, right next to a table with dirty dishes. (Maybe it was ca
