Waffle House

I don’t write tons of reviews, but this experience NEEDED to be shared. Me and my two friends (all around 18) walked into the Waffle House at around 8:45 when we arrived and as soon as we entered, we were not greeted. We were not told to seat ourselves. We slowly shuffled to the booth in hopes that we were doing was right. Our server came to the table 5 minutes after we had all been sitting there, asked us to order, however did not ask for a drink first or greet us. I couldn’t even tell you her name because she did not even introduce herself once we got our food, which was delicious. I’ll give it to the cooks. We were then not checked on after that. Really nice people and the waffles were excellent! Online order, arrived to pickup order, talked to 3 really nice women who were employees about my order. They told me that my order would be ready in 4 minutes, they showed me where the butter syrup forks knives were, got napkins for me, gave me a bag to put it in and then gave me my food minutes later. Highly recommend.

I don’t write a ton of reviews but I HAD to share this. I am really big on customer service but this location really LACKS it. I walked into this location early Sunday morning and sat the bar. No one greeted me and my daughter when we walked in the door nor did they say anything at the bar. I then proceed to walk to the cash register to place a to go order. Multiple employees stood at the bar but completely ignored us as we waited to order. Eventually one woman who stood at the register finally looked at me and said “oh if you want to order to go you have to order online” I was confused because how was I supposed to know that? Not to mention a couple came in after us and were greeted immediately as they walked. Ultimately they said if we want to dine in we can sit anywhere so we sat down o

Had the New fiesta chicken bowl had 56 g of protein. It is very delicious and comes fast. Ordered two of them to go get them how we wanted

Food was actually cooked great, Despite all of the chaos going on. Sat at the bar, (because section was closed), and had slamming dishes in front of us the entire time. Broken glass in parking lot, afraid to pop the trailer tire, (not worried about the truck tire). Got a broom from inside and got cut trying to remove it. 1.00 for to-go water was a bit crazy. Out of all of the years I have been coming to Waffle House for the hash browns, I actually had my first waffle today, at Waffle House LOL! It was tasty!
