Wabi Sushi Ramen

Stopped by Wabi for sushi and was seriously impressed. The fish tasted super fresh and clean, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can really tell they use good quality ingredients. This will definitely be my favorite place from now on!

Great little sushi and Ramen place. We got the chicken Katzu ramen. The chicken cutlet was crispy, the ramen broth was flavorful and the portion size was good. We left stuffed. We got a tuna maki and it was fresh and so good. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff were good. We didn’t get a bento box this time but there are lunch options we will try next time.

Wabi Sushi Ramen in Sharon has only been open since June but is already making itself known for creative Japanese cuisine. Where else have you seen pumpkin ramen and pumpkin sushi rolls? My Spicy Miso Ramen was perfect; all the flavors and textures with just the right amount of spice. I’ve been known to go for anything pumpkin so the Pumpkin Up Maki was definitely something I was curious to try. The pumpkin flavor was a little subdued by other flavors in the roll but nevertheless added enough to make you think, “Oh, this is interesting. What a great idea!” Service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Once word gets around, you may need reservations to get in here. Very much recommended.

Absolutely delicious sushi. The fish was very fresh, especially the salmon — soft, rich, and full of flavor. The eel was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce, not too sweet. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. You can really tell they care about quality here. I’d definitely come back again.

Everything here is great — tasty food, good portions, affordable prices, and friendly staff. The restaurant looks beautiful too. I’ll definitely come back again!
