Wabi Sabi

Absolutely fantastic sushi. Every dish was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft — from the melt-in-your-mouth sashimi to the creative specialty rolls that somehow taste even better than they look. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance made the whole experience feel special. Easily one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve been to. Can’t wait to come back.

This restaurant is a standout. NYC quality sushi for NJ prices. The fish quality is top-tier—melt-in-your-mouth toro, perfectly seasoned rice, and thoughtful flavor combinations that never overwhelm the simplicity of great sushi. Chef Tommy is a legend. A must-visit for sushi lovers.

The restaurant exudes an air of opulence, with prices that are quite exorbitant. I have uploaded a copy of their menu (as of September 2025) and the WiFi password. The food was meticulously prepared, and the staff refrained from soliciting excessive tips, unlike other establishments such as East Hana in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The overall atmosphere was professional, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have a brief meal break at this establishment.
