Wabi House Keller

My SO and I came here for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. I’ve been to the Fort Worth location multiple times and love it, so I was excited to have one closer to home. Unfortunately, this location did not live up to expectations. We were seated outside because we had a large party, and the gravel was extremely annoying. Heels sinking, chairs sinking…if you wanted to pull your chair in, you had to stand up and physically move it. For appetizers, we ordered the Hama Rayu and crispy pork ears. The Hama Rayu is usually a must for me at the Fort Worth location…we normally order 2-3 plates, but this one was disappointing. The fish was cut too thick and against the grain. We visited Wabi House Keller yesterday for lunch and had an amazing meal and experience! They were busy so we opted for a seat at the bar. We ordered spicy miso, beef tenderloin yakitori, shishito peppers, salmon sashimi, seafood croquette and honey butter toast with ube ice cream on the side. The service was great, love the atmosphere, our server made our experience warm and inviting and we look forward to returning.

Good food Normally don’t like ramen tastes from another restaurant but definitely like ramen here. I got Beef skewers and lame chops. They were delicious and perfect cooked. And my ramen was also indeed delicious. Definitely will be back for more! Good price for good food and good amount of portion.

One of the best things about Wabi House Ramen is their affordable weekday lunch specials, which offer a delicious meal for just $9. Recently, the restaurant expanded to Keller, which is just a stone's throw from our home. We were excited to try out the new location and were blown away by the stunning atmosphere, attentive service, and of course, the mouth-watering food. We're so grateful to have Wabi House Ramen in our neighborhood - it's the perfect spot to grab a bite and catch up with friends.

TL;DR: ramen was great, unique drinks, staff rocks Went here during their grand opening with free ramen. Obviously they were insanely packed and busy, wait times of 40 minutes. Have to hand it, these staff members know how to run their ship. Things were chaotic, they were behind on some steps, but they kept everything moving. Props to this staff. I've seen other places flounder out with less people. Can't knock stars off for the long waits since it was insanely busy. Cannot tell if this is the type of establishment that will ALWAYS be that busy (possible) or if it was just the free ramen. Upon receiving the ramen, it was delicious. I ordered the beef.
