Stepping into V's Grill & Pub, I was truly delighted to discover a place that perfectly balances a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with an unexpectedly high standard of culinary excellence. My recent visit, specifically for their Thursday special, was a revelation; the roast beef, carved literally off an in-house roasted, showcased a dedication to authentic family cooking that was simply phenomenal, far surpassing typical pub fare. If you are looking for chicken, then look no further. Don't let the small town fool you, this is the best chicken I've had in my life. It is broasted so it stays juicy inside while the skin is perfectly crispy. Definitely try the chicken. The mashed potatoes are instant and not fooling anyone, but are edible. The cheese curds are a must as well. They have beer, wine and a small bar. Go for the chicken, curds and a beer.

The all you can eat chicken is highly recommended. Some of the best chicken I have had and it keeps coming. Our group of 14 was handled amazing. Small little place but great food and awesome service is something that is hard to find. Check out the twine ball when you're in town.

We enjoyed the broasted chicken. The mashed potatoes with gravy were better than the jojos, although each was yummy. The rhubarb tort was an fine dessert. We had no cell phone service, which definitely made for a different experience. The service was friendly and good
