Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi

I think it's more of a 4.5 star due to the size of the restaurant but the food was great! So many different types of sushi to choose but, I had the King Lobster and the Texas sushi and both were really good. The crab wonton was a bit too sweet but overall, it was delicious and the server was attentive

This was a surprisingly elegant date night for my husband and I. We spent much less on dinner for 2 then we had planned on. And everything was delicious! Wait staff was very attentive without hovering over us. We will be back for sure!!

We began our dining experience by ordering a few appetizers, three delicious rolls of sushi, and the much-anticipated steak and scallops hibachi. The presentation was impressive, and the sushi definitely satisfied our cravings. However, the appetizers were a bit underwhelming and lacked that extra flair. Next came the highlight of the meal—the steak and scallops hibachi. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The scallops were flavorless; in fact, I had to spit one out, which was quite disappointing! The steak was equally bland, failing to deliver the bold taste I had hoped for. This was my first time trying an actual sushi restaurant, and it did not disappoint! The staff was very nice and inviting to speak to! The menus feature photos of all the items, which really help picky people like myself feel more comfortable with their order. Very awesome environment! Love the small private table rooms!
