Viva birria nj tacos truck

Probably spend $15-$20pp if you're solo. Recommend getting a combo, and then ordering single items, if you want to try other things, which is what I did. This spot makes legit birria. I got there early before all the other food trucks lined up, and began playing music. Could be a vibe in the afternoon or evenings.

Literally sooo damn goood, the birria ramen is now definitely one of my new favorites. 😋

We used to really enjoy this birria truck and came here often because the food was flavorful and worth it at the time. Unfortunately, over the past few months, the quality and flavors have noticeably changed, which made us stop going as frequently. A few nights ago, we decided to give it another try, but were disappointed to see that prices had increased, certain individual menu items were removed, and the “deals” are no longer actual deals. They’re now more expensive and don’t even include a drink. Let’s also mention the service with the girl who took our order was gross. Like where are your customer service skills? I used to go here atleast once a week to get tacos. These were the best. I come back after a month and prices are raised. Your a food truck and your forgetting the people. I used to get 6 tacos for like $20.00 now I show up and its $18 for 3 tacos no drink included. I live in downtown jersey city and this is what I pay for at a restauraunt. This is appalling. Your located in an area where its supposed to be affordable. Im sorry but, the place has changed.

Viva Birria is amazing! It is a must have. Very authentic. Exactly like the pictures. The birria meat was juicy and flavorful, the shell was crisp and the consomme eats like a soup. I ate 2 on the spot and took 2 home popped then in the AF and were as amazing the second day as.the first!! The truck is so clean, the vessels used for our food were perfect. The gentlemen selling and cooking were kind and informative. I wish you all the success for the future. We were working at the bldg next to them. I was so happy to learn we had to go back to the building to finish..only to find out Viva Birria is closed on Mondays. 😢
