Vitolo

I did not take nearly enough photos, but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and I would happily order it all again. The Chicken Parmesan was enormous, honestly the biggest portion I have ever seen, and easily the best I have had. I also appreciated that it did not come with pasta. The appetizers were just as impressive, and we especially loved the mozzarella sticks, which was not even served as traditional sticks and made it even better. The grilled octopus, carbonara, and bolognese were all excellent as well. The service was great and we would definitely go back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A bit cramped with many tables close to each other and higher level of noise. But they have kept their quality up and was a better fare than the Japanese restaurant at the same property. The ravioli we had was excellent. The servers are very nice. Drink bar was great.

My first time at Vitolo - what a great place. The reception was so friendly and made you feel special. I started with some pepperoni pizza and it was cooked just right. Then tried the Veal Marsala - tasted absolutely amazing. The portions are of good size, I left with a To-Go bag. I truly appreciated meeting Chef Anthony and sharing our New York stories. I will be back !!

Amazing Italian restaurant with New York roots at Fort Lauderdale Beach. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat by the floor manager Rob. We received a warm welcome and made feel at home. Fernando our server was excellent, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about each selection on the menu and made our whole experience top notch. We ordered the Tagliatelle Bolognese and the Spaghetti Carbonara. Both outstanding and comforting classic dishes. And for dessert the Pana Cotta and Affogato for the finishing touch! Will definitely return to Vitolo’s

If you happen to be lucky you will get Kevin or Angel as your server. They provide the best service and are extremely knowledgeable on the menu and overall they just make your dinner an experience you won’t forget!
