Viny's Italian Restaurant

Absolutely love the French fries. Always crispy and golden. I ordered the cheese pizza with extra sauce because the sauce is so delicious.

I ate at a Viny's in Lynchburg, and thought this was part of the same restaurant chain. I don't think it is due to some pretty drastic differences. I had the Ravioli in Lynchburg which was delicious, but the Halifax location didn't even have it on the menu. I don't think I have ever eaten at an Italian restaurant that didn't serve Ravioli. I settled for the small Italian salad which consisted of lettuce, a few tomato wedges, some green olives, sliced white onions, and a tiny bit of cucumber. I was charged for extra ranch dressing. I also ordered the Canoli which consisted of 2 teeny tiny 1/2 stuffed tubes that were mediocre at best. My son got the cheese sticks which didn't even come with marinara dipping sauce, and a Meat Lovers pizza, and we both got a diet drink. Our bill without tip ca

Everything was OK. Not a bad experience though. Not a place I am planning to return to.

I had a loaded Philly cheese steak & fries combo. The food was hot & delicious. The portions were huge. The drinks were cold & the service was fast!!! Delicious lunch when I was in South Boston yesterday!! I will definitely go again!!!
