I ate here when I DJ’d at we belong here. Unreal. I lived in Brooklyn for years and this is the real deal. The owner Vinny is a real gentleman. They put extra cheese on top and the bread and crust were made perfectly. Didn’t take long at all either. They work so quickly and still have a minute to be kind and chat. Can’t wait to try their sandwiches. I also got a cannoli and I was blown away. Gotta come here.
What else is there to say?! Go get you some! Everything was amazing. We had the chicken parm sandwich, the godfather, meatlovers pizza, Cajun bacon shrimp pizza and margherita pizza. Let me just say it was all fresh and fire! Being from the Chicago-area and growing up in Italian American household, I know my way around some Italian beef sandwiches and this is by far one of if not the best Italian beef sandwich! Topped it off with some killer cannolis. I’m still full. Don’t take my word, go get you some Vinny’s. He’ll treat you right!
Finally got to try Vinny’s. My husband and I are chicken parmesan fanatics so we knew we had to try Vinny’s that we had seen all over social media. First time we went they were sold out (which is a great problem for them to have). When we tried again the second time, we were lucky and got to experience the delicious, crispy, melty, flavorfulness and it was everything we had hoped for. We both agreed it’s most likely the best one that we’ve had so far in the SoFlo area. Vinny’s is a little truck tucked in Wynwood, in a perfect little food truck area. Clean, well-lit, pretty easy parking. The guy who helped us (who I’m guessing is Vinny) was super personable, attentive, and good vibes. We had the chicken parmesan sammy, which I only got half in the photo because we just couldn’t wait to
There's a reason they have a perfect 5/5 stars. Where do I start.. The chicken parm was out of this world good. Where else can you get basil grown as local as next to the truck? Just the perfect amount of sauce and flavor was spot on. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the cheese was fantastic. Have to come back soon for The Godfather
I recently tried Vinny’s a few days ago hoping to support a small business and try something new. I was blown away by how delicious their subs were and how fast it was ready! Although I think it’s pricey, I think it’s worth what you’re getting! Even though it may look small, it’s insane how easily you can get satisfy your cravings. I highly recommend Vinny’s especially their homemade pesto, a must for sure!
