I have been following Vinnie's Mootz for awhile and I finally tried their pizza and their mozzarella. I'll tell you, it was worth the wait! The mozzarella was creamy and flavorful! I had to stop myself from eating the whole pound. I ordered their regular pizza which had 0 flop! The crunch of every bite was flavorful. That was a different flavor of sauce I've never had before. I have a list of pizzas and sandwiches that I will have to come back and try next time.
First off love that the whole family is working in there together! You can tell there is a lot of love in their food! I mean, hello they make MOOTZ in shapes!!! I was blown away! The sandwiches holy cow, unbelievable!
Damn good spot, saw this place on Instagram and had to check it out while I was in the area for the cherry blossom 10k run, glad I did! Street parking but easy to find a spot, no issues finding the place great signage out front. Everyone was friendly inside and the menu was straightforward, we went with two slices of the square pie and the Lyndhurst. Awesome crust on the square pie with great sauce, would definitely get this again. The Lyndhurst was 10/10, great breading on the chicken and the mozz was the star of the show along with the bread, I'd come back here just to get this sandwich again. Plenty of seating inside, stop in and get some mootz! Will definitely be back
Picked up an Uncle Angelo’s square pie, half was burnt. Fresh mozzarella was cooked to hell, fat was absorbed by box. Not worth the $, at all.
I ordered on doordash and got 2 sandwiches. One of them was still good but the other one, lucky lady they forgot to put balsamic glaze on my sandwich. Like the quality of other ingredients on the sandwich were still good but since I wanted to have a sandwich with balsamic glaze, this was bit disappointing. I had the same sandwich before, and for sure without balsamic glaze, the taste of it is totally different. It was bit blend and dry without any glaze(or any other sauces).
