Sad to write this but as a frequent customer I am no longer going to this business. Not sure if they changed the staff but every recent order we have placed has either been cold or wrong. We don’t order much, a pizza or two with a side of something. With so many other pizza places to choose, 3 strikes and you are out.

We have eaten at their location as well as picked up to go. Pizza was good, salad with chicken was extremely fresh and they allowed substitutions...good quality! This is not far off the Waverly exit of I81. Reasonably priced as well.

Order a chicken parmesan sub. The food was good. My only complaint is that the chicken was several small pieces instead of a larger piece which makes it messier to eat. Service was great.

Never been disappointed by the food at Vincenzos! Always delicious.
