Vin Sur Vingt Bistro - Sag Harbor

Absolutely outstanding restaurant! Beautiful dining room and and a spotless bathroom! Danielle our server was gracious and lovely. We came with our son's elopement risk service dog tgat stops him from bolting and she made everyone feel comfortable and welcome.

This was such a great find after a hike at Elizabeth Morton Preserve and a walk around town - great vibe, clean crisp styling of tables and banquets, and a nice tight bistro menu of classics + 15 wines from wine regions of France. Great onion soup perfectly browned and gooey and a lovely Pumpkin Creme Brûlée with an expert crack sugar top.

Enjoyed a fabulous Sunday brunch. Very happy we came. Will definitely be back for dinner. The service was impeccable and the food was great. Looking forward to my next visit.

Danielle is outstanding! It's very hard to not have a positive experience after being greeted with a beautiful "hello". The Escargot followed by the Muscles and the Tuna Tartare are absolutely delicious. The Hugo Spritzs are worth hours at the bar. If it's your first time to Sag Harbor, Danielle is a wealth of information that will set you up for a wonderful visit. Will definitely "belly up" to the bar before we leave.....thanks for a great first impression of Sag Harbor.

Agree w/the other poor reviews here. The food isn't terrible, but frankly not great either. I guess it's why you can usually get a table. The problem is really the service. Similar to other folks, we just had a really lousy experience because of the server. She was a young French-speaking woman with glasses; a little clueless and with way too much attitude. We are well-traveled foodies, and have dealt with attitude plenty in the past. If the food and drinks are good, it can be managed. But this was almost comical. She would insist that certain wines weren't available, even though we saw the bottles sitting in the wine cooler on the bar; she'd leave our bottle sitting in a cooler and disappear while our glasses sat empty; she'd go to the other side of the restaurant and start setti
