I want to start by saying that we had high hopes for this place as its Google rating is a 4.5 star. Especially since it is so close to home! We went in there with open minds and excited to eat some Mexican food. I do have to say the atmosphere was cute and it seemed very clean; which is always a good start! Cute paintings and it felt open and not so dark and dingy like other local Mexican places. We picked where we sat and were the only patrons the entire time we were there. The waitress was average for Oregon waitresses, but very nice. That being said, there was A LOT wrong with the food… For starters, the chips and salsa that came out looked ok at first glance. But all it took was a single bite into the chips to know that they were either really old, or the oil they were fried in was. I

So tasty ❤️ despite not having a meatless quesadilla, they humored me and made a veggie fajita quesadilla on request.

This place has really good food. Authentic beans and the salsa is awesome. Definitely recommend.

We came for dinner and were not disappointed. He had the chili relleno and I the torta. The stem was off the chili so he got to eat the whole thing and the portion suze was perfect too. The torta had a crispy interior to hold all the delicious goodies stuffed into it. The beer was cold and service friendly. The only downside was the older building has not been upgraded for accessibility so chairs have to be helped in the door. Street and lot parking available.

Burritos were ok. The waitress was more interested in her phone than the customer or restaurant. We were the only customers. I think her time would of been better used cleaning! The table had not been cleaned since the last customers. Overall the Restaurant is not clean. We won't go back.
