Village Inn

Made it over to Village Inn just before we headed out. Lots of choices, and I had to get the strawberry crepe. It was delicious. Hubs and son got standard bacon, eggs, and pancakes, and all was perfectly cooked. My compliments to the chef. Pleasant and fast service as well.

It's like stepping back in time. This is a very clean and well maintained restaurant. The greeter and staff were friendly and the server was friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was good tasting and the pies, as well we're tasty. Good value for the quality. 12/29/2024 Added some new pictures of our latest visit to the Village Inn. The Pot Roast was delicious. We enjoyed some tasty pies as well. Lemon meringue and Cherry pie with ice cream. Friendly staff, good food, great prices.

Food was good and tasted fresh. My eggs on my eggs Benedict we're cooked perfectly (over easy) the ham was a bit tough and definitely could've used some more hollandaise sauce. The bacon was more crispy than I would've liked it to be. Sausage links and French toast we're great and so we're the hash browns. Server was friendly and fast but we didn't see her again after we got our food.

Service was great when I walked in! I felt very welcomed. My waitress Alejandra was very nice and I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere. The tilapia was delicious! I got a slice of free apple pie also.

Still a big fan of village inn and Thier chicken fried steak skillet with pancakes is my go to. A little extra cook time on the potatoes and it's perfect for me. As I've gotten older my wife and I now split one meal and it's perfect. Love the retro decor ( no it's no just old, it's new but the oranges and browns invoke a feeling of the golden time of diners like this) highly recommend Village Inn, not a lot of good places like this left.
