Village Inn

This place is truly a standout gem for a small town. The Caesar salad is absolutely phenomenal—The fresh, warm bread elevates the entire experience. The tuna and filet are favorites every time! The presentation across the menu feels straight out of an upscale New York City restaurant—beautiful, thoughtful, and impressive. Every dish shines; we’ve enjoyed nearly the entire menu and it never disappoints. The cocktails are exceptional, and the staff is professional, attentive, welcoming, and fun. We love starting the evening with a cocktail at the cozy bar before dinner, and we also enjoy dining at the bar or in the tavern itself. The music sets the perfect mood, and the décor—especially the mantles—is always impeccably styled. An outstanding experience from start to finish!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary here. What a lovely evening! The atmosphere is so cozy and inviting. Our server, Beth, was so knowledgeable and friendly. I swear my water glass was perpetually filled and dirty dishes were whisked away without me even noticing. Bathrooms were clean (which is always something good to note). The food was excellent. I got the prime rib and my husband got the salmon with maple jalepeno glaze. The steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare). We also tried the sweets and beets salad and that was excellent as well. Everything from the bread to the crème brûlée was just so good. I’m really happy we ended up here to celebrate our special day. Definitely recommend.

We love the Village Inn, whether it's for takeout, quick bite in house, or a celebratory dinner with family. Their Wednesday night 'roast night' is such a great way to explore the chefs creations Whether it's BBQ, or Oktoberfest - what a great addition to the menu.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Wadsworth Homestead over the summer. We loved working with Lisa and Jeff, they did an incredible job helping us come up with a custom menu it was exactly what we had dreamt of. We had several guests with dietary restrictions and all said the food was spectacular. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food and service was. We can't wait to stop in to the inn for a date night soon!

We had a delicious dinner at the Village Inn with 8 friends! Our waitress, Sarah, was wonderful. She checked to make sure we didn’t need anything, gave us descriptions of entrees, and had such a great attitude. We will definitely be back!
