Villa Pizza

I drive from Ohio for the food and service at this great restaurant! The staff are super friendly and professional. The food is VERY good. I especially love their steak sandwiches. Made exactly the way I like them. You cannot go wrong with the place and the staff.

Food was really good, I got the stuffed shells and really enjoyed it! Only thing is I wish the bathrooms were more modern in today’s times it was a bit outdated and dirty but the restaurant it’s self is small and comfy! Would definitely recommend!

Villas Pizza in Burlington is the real deal. The pizza genuinely reminds me of a classic Brooklyn slice — the sauce has that right balance and the cheese hits exactly how it should. One bite and it brings you back. Yeah, it’s a small spot, but that’s part of the point. This is a proper takeout pizza joint where the focus is the pizza, not trends. No gimmicks, no “artisan” nonsense — just a classic slice done right. If you want old-school pizza the way it’s supposed to be, this place delivers.

I had the pleasure to meet one of the owners Jay today. He was very kind and patient. I kept hearing about the cheesecake and thought I would try it instead of taking such a long ride to my go to place. Let me tell you it did not disappoint!!! Amazing! Not sure how the other pizzas in the area are surviving with these guys in town. Will definitely be back!

3 huge slices and a fountain drink for $14. I liked their sauce so much I asked for a side of it to dip my pizza into it. I'm 6 foot 4 and 250lbs, I couldn't finish the slices. This reminds of the pizza place my dad took me to in the 80s and 90s where the guys only spoke Italian. These places aren't so common anymore.
