Villa la maravilla.

I just had a wonderful stay at this property in Pennsylvania. The house is surrounded by about 10 hectares or more of open countryside, creating an incredibly peaceful and natural atmosphere. The house is very spacious, perfect for large groups (it could easily accommodate 10 to 20 people), though we were just my wife, our loyal dog Toto, and I, and we enjoyed it immensely. The house is filled with natural light, adding to the sense of tranquility and complete enjoyment. It also has plenty of amenities, like a basketball arcade machine (just like the ones at Dave & Buster’s), a pool table, giant screens, a fire pit with firewood, and a swimming pool. The tranquility is unmatched, just two hours from New York City, and it feels like you’re in another world. I highly recommend it!

We just spent a long weekend at Villa la Maravilla and it was nothing short of perfect. This is truly a great place to stay with family and friends! We had a large group with kids, and the property had something for everyone. The location is stunning, nestled right in the beautiful Pennsylvania mountains. The property itself is a dream, with a peaceful creek running through it that provided the most relaxing background music for our entire stay. The kids loved exploring the water's edge! A major highlight for us was the outdoor cooking. The BBQ and outdoor cooking area was fantastic. We grilled dinners every night and enjoyed amazing meals together on the patio. I stayed at the Villa La Maravilla in the winter time before the Villa was fully completed as it looks now and I can tell you from a Guest perspective, it did not disappoint. You have plenty of open space in the backyard, a patio with all the perfect amenities and all the peace and calm that you need. Not to mention for seasoned hunters looking for weekend trips, this Villa is near many Hunting preserves and Zones. I look forward to seeing what else the owner adds to the Villa to make it that much more enjoyable!

Great place to enjoy nature, hunting , Peaceful.... off the grid with 24hrs gas station 5mns away for food snacks etc. Pet friendly. Love it will visit again for sure it most be gorgeous in the winter. 3 acres of fenced land to enjoy with your family and friends and definitely doggys..
