You will never increase your score. Everyone is huddled around talking. They’re very attentive to the workers that want to be served. Everyone else is on a “how they’re feeling bases”. The business will not survive and it can do better

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I politely asked for a smaller portion because we don’t eat much and didn’t want to pay for food that would go to waste, which is why we chose pasta. Instead of accommodating a reasonable request, the staff reacted with irritation and were extremely rude and disrespectful. A simple adjustment turned into an uncomfortable situation. Management should seriously consider retraining or changing the staff.

Staff were hanging out and having a loud conversation. The pastas are sold by weight, and unfortunately didn’t have much flavour. Tried the spaghetti & meatballs and it tasted like plain tomato sauce. It’s too bad because this place can be a step above the regular fast food chains found at this service stop. If they increased the quality of the food and service they’d have most of the customers that stop here.

These were the rudest people I have encountered in awhile. I don't expect you to be so friendly but damn you can atleast say, "how may I help you!" Or something like that!! Dude was watching me with that mask on, I should of left then. I stood there for atleast 10 seconds waiting on him to say something, nothing.. I broke the silence and ask for a slice of pizza.. smh this is beyond the worst!! I thought it was me but after seeing the reviews... yall are about to be out of business if you guys don't do something about your staff!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Hello, my name is chyna and I am writing this review from my Mom's account. My mother got me a pepronni pizza and there wasn't anything wrong with it.. however, the workers were RUDE. Im not the type to say anything, but im literally watching this man throw my Pizza Around Like he was irritated? My fault for being hungry brochaco.🥹💔 Anywho. My mom went to pay and obviously since the workers were having attitude, my mom brought it up and the lady was Literally Staring her down like a hawk yo. CHECK YOUR FOOD IF YOU'VE EVER CONFRONTED THESE PPL ABOUT YOUR FOOD OR THEIR ATTITUDE 🤠
