Awesome Vietnamese food truck. Delicious homemade pho, and crunchy spring rolls as well. Worth a try and will be going back eventually. Broth was clear, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned. Noodles were just right too, not too soft. Nice outdoor environment for a quick bite.

Great food. BBQ Pork Bahn Mi are always on point. At only $5 a sandwich they are hard to beat, tasty meat with fresh veggies always. Vietnamese style egg rolls are so crispy and savory! I live in New York City, I’ve been to a million Vietnamese restaurants but I have never been to one as good as this. This is by far the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. The business is run by a very sweet and accommodating man.

WOW. I normally don't leave reviews but with this one I just had to. I'm a pho fanatic and drive all the way to Winter Haven for amazing pho. Saw this food truck pop up on my Google maps and was surprised how close it was to those who live closer to the combee area, so I had to give it a shot. The place unfortunately is easy to miss when driving by, so you have to be on the lookout for it (it's right in front of a dollar general). I showed up on a freezing Saturday night, at around 7:30pm (they close at 8pm!). I asked for pho and a vietnamese coffee. The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating, preparing my order right away. I saw him freshly preparing my food which was a PLUS.
