i've been here twice before writing this review. the first time i got takeout and ordered at the counter. we got a banh mi, 2 noodle bowls, and bao with tofu to try out their vegan options! everything was delicious, especially the noodle bowl. i loved how they made the tofu--it was perfectly crispy on the outside! the second time i ordered delivery with the exact same items; however, 3/4 of the items received had egg, fish, and likely dairy that were not easily removable from the dishes, which was an issue because we are vegan. i do enjoy the food and it is very tasty, but i would not recommend eating here if you have severe allergies, intolerances, or other dietary restrictions.

Viet-Nomz Waterford was my self-care pick for trying something new on Saturday, January 10, 2026, and I’m so glad I found it! I actually discovered this spot on TikTok and decided to check it out. When I arrived, I ordered the chicken broth pho with two proteins chicken and beef plus a side of spring rolls. I sat down to wait, and my food came out in about two minutes, which was impressive. The restaurant wasn’t busy when I arrived, so I was able to enjoy a table to myself, though it did start filling up shortly after. I started with the spring rolls, and they were freshly fried and delicious not sitting out at all. Then came the soup, which was so good. I really liked that they have a herb bar, where you can customize your pho with herbs, bean sprouts, hot sauce, and other toppings. Onc

In town for a class and stumbled upon this wonderful place! Pho was amazing! Loved the bao and summer rolls too! Had my first iced matcha lemonade and it won't be my last!

I absolutely love this place! Everything I have had has been delicious and fresh. My favorite is the street tacos with fried tofu.

Great food! Wonderful portions for good price! And multiple options. Only thing is we came on a cold day and it was kind of cold near the door and no hot drinks besides coffee.
