Viet Haus Taste of Saigon

This is the best pho I have ever tried, and I don’t say that lightly as I love pho & Vietnamese food in general. But Viet Haus blew all past experiences out of the water. We had the chance to speak with the owner who was so kind- his family is born and raised in Vietnam and he came to America when he was young. So he knows his cultures food truly, and it showed. He told us the broth is completely homemade, with all real and whole ingredients and stews for 24 hours before it’s served. I could tell that it tasted different from most other broths I have tried. Absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. The dishes tasted authentic and comforting, just like true Saigon home-style cooking. The restaurant has a clean, cozy vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Portion sizes were generous and the prices were great for the quality. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving amazing Vietnamese food!

Quick service and absolutely delicious pho! This is a family-owned spot and you can really tell they put love into the food. Everything comes out fresh, and the broth is rich and comforting. I always order my pho with a side of chili oil because I love it spicy — just a heads up, it is spicy but so good. I’ll definitely be back!

Wow! What a find! We popped in on a whim and left obsessed. The egg rolls are phenomenal, crisp, flaky, and still crunchy even after they cooled (my husband and I both said “best ever”). The pho tastes honest and homey, no shortcuts. It’s family owned, the owner is genuinely kind, and the prices are refreshingly affordable. Don’t let the low-key location fool you. This is the kind of cozy “hole-in-the-wall” that makes the drive totally worth it. We’re already planning our next visit.
