Great option at the SLC airport. Fair price and tasty food. They offer a variety of bowls, mainly with whole grains like rice and quinoa, along with chicken. We tried the rice/quinoa and sweet potato bowls. Both were excellent and reasonably priced for their portion sizes.

Wow, just blown away by the quality of food at Vessel Kitchen…extremely fresh and insanely tasty! I came from Concourse B and checked out a few similar others like Garbanzo Mediterranean and Aubergine, before I came to Vessel. I’m so glad I decided to order from here. Phenomenal job, guys! I wish you were in other states, like South FL in particular 😊. Great market for your type of food/concept. Thank you for the delicious food and happy holidays!

This is not your average “airport food”… this is the best Vessel Kitchen I’ve ever been to!! They made the Hash Hash to perfection🤌🏻 I feel like typically when eating in the airport the quality goes down but not at Vessel!! Yes the food was fantastic, but what made my experience phenomenal was staff member Sidney. His customer service is AMAZING! Greeting customers with a smile on his face, making and engaging in fun banter, and also very informative of where to get utensils & how to pick up the food! I overheard him offering to watch a customer’s bag while she went to the bathroom, seriously SO kind!! It is extremely refreshing and quite rare to see this kind of customer service. He deserves a raise or something, seriously he is amazing!!

this was sadly just so gross and unappetizing. I have frequented the Vessel locations around salt lake and was relieved to remember they have a location at the airport, but the falafel looked more like microwaved sausage and was so bland and dry. The pita that I received was very dry and over baked, and the majority of my meal was sweet potato hash. I hope the other locations haven’t become this way, too.

This was a complete gem, was absolutely not expecting good food in the airport but was THOROUGHLY surprised by Vessel! I was here for breakfast and got the mountain bowl, every single ingredient was delicious and for 15 bucks I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be stopping here again if I'm ever in Salt lake again!
