Terrible experience, overpriced, awful service. Ordered a chicken sandwich, and a burger medium well. Was told that we needed to pay prior to order entry. Tip was "included" by policy according to the waitress. Once I received the receipt, it's noted that not only was there a tip, but an additional "employee retention fee", running the total for 2 sandwiches to over $65, with water to drink! Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, server delivered the food, refilled our water, put her jacket on and left, so we had nobody to inform that the burger was raw, or to refill our water even. Weekly traveler - subpar service is a thing I deal with from time to time, but this was exceptionally bad enough to warrant a 1 star review.

Was super hungry and contemplated ordering a steak at an airport but boy was I surprised. We decide to try this place because it smelled good near our terminal. The NY STRIP 12 OZ was cooked PERFECTLY medium well. Ive had a lot of steak in my life and this was up there with the best. We ordered the sweet potato fries and they were awesome too as well as the cheese curds. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in NY. Thank you for making my experience a great one.

I ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and a diet coke. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and was delicious. It was also reasonably priced considering it was airport food. I had to order using a QR code and so was not given an opportunity to use my crew discount. I also needed a refill on my soda and either they don't do free refills or the service was bad, not sure which. My soda was empty for more than half my meal and I was never once approached by a human to see if I needed a refill. There is waitstaff who will bring you your food so if you think you're going to want anything after your food is delivered, you better ask when they show up the first time!

Food..... way better than anything I've had in Newark Airport in YEARS. Ribeye and hamburger were very much better than many places Ive eaten at lately and the Chef even came out to ask us how things were. Service was friendly, quick, fun and a reason to come back (as well as the food). We definitely will get to the airport early, more often, to enjoy this again.

The vesper at the airport sucked for me. I ordered the poached eggs with hollandaise and they were hard as a Rock and very little sauce. Plus it took 20 minutes and as you can see from the photos, they were very slow. Several orders of pancakes came out ahead of mine. It's like the cook could only make one order at a time. Dont waste your money. The only bright spot was the waitress gave me a refund and took the plate directly to the cook and complained as I was leaving. I left her a nice tip.
