Cool people and AMAZING food! The Birria tacos are to DIE for. The food always taste so fresh regardless of what you choose. The quesadillas are also ridiculously amazing. Whenever I see they are at an event it makes it worth going to 🤤🤤

We’re from south Florida so to find great tasting tacos and quesadillas with Latin flavor is really hard to find in Gainesville… staff was friendly, service was quick, but most importantly the food was delicious… my favorite is the chicken quesadillas but whenever I take friends or family the Birria tacos are the highlight of their year! No one I’ve taken to has ever been left disappointed they’ve only been excited to share with their own family and friends… top notch flavors and serving size was more than expected.

Great food! The Birria Tacos are to die for, and everything else is great, too. Look for em at Swamp Head or First Mag!

Verde spice is life. Any time I want to go out I always check breweries’ schedules to see if they are there. Always a favorite when I see them out and they are some of the hardest working people in the mobile food business in Gainesville. Absolute staple! ❤️

I'm a new customer and tried the Lechon Quesadilla for the first time and hands down, the best quesadilla I've ever had. I'd you've considered trying their food before, do it. You will not be disappointed.
