Venezuela Mia Restaurant

There’s been a surge of Venezuelan food opening up around the valley but no other spot does cachapa like this! Incredible. I’ve only ordered their cachapa plates so I can’t speak to any others.

I waited a long time for my order even though the restaurant was almost empty. A long wait would have been acceptable if the food had been hot and fresh, but it wasn’t. I ordered the Picada Reina Lucero, and it came with mostly arepa asada and very little of the other items. The carne en vara was served cold and did not seem to be at a safe temperature to eat. No one checked on us during the meal. At the end, a man charged us and added a tip himself without asking or informing us. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Need to come back for the plantains and other dishes, but what I had was delicious. I can’t remember the name, but it had shredded chicken and pork, ham, coleslaw, and sauce. Lord. Make sure you come hungry because these portions are no joke.

Cachapas is the best pancake replacement you will ever have! Made of sweet corn and comes with different verities!

Venezuela Mia was AMAZING. We have been back 3 times now with different friends and it has not been a disappointment. The food comes out fresh and hot, service is excellent and staff is very nice. We got the Cachapa bites as an appetizer, La condesa - Half Cachapa with cheese, fried pork, chorizo, crumble cheese, and cream De La Casa Arepa - fried arepa with shredded beef, cheese, smoked ham, and traditional sauce. Still drooling about that meal. Give them a try! I can’t wait to go back!
