Clearly this is a small business. Obviously they can grow and improve, but I think for where they are at they have a good product. I like that the menu is translated. $13 for a pulled chicken sandwich that could probably feed 2 people. I didn't wait long for my food. Also, they took my name. It's a small touch that is often overlooked. Only 1/4 of the sandwich is shown in the picture. It came with mayo-ketchup, lettuce, and tomato.
The first Venezuelan bakery experience in the United States. Great atmosphere, everything looks delicious. The cachito has a good amount of ham. Note that it is just ham-cheese and not ham-bacon-cheese like in some places. I would have enjoyed that extra option because not even the bacon-cheese one met my expectations
Some of the food was really really good. The empanadas were top notch, the Parchita juice was amazing but the cachitos were not it. The inside of the cachitos was rough and the contents were dry. We waited a long time for the cachitos, the empanadas were nice and warm the lady that took our order went straight to fry them. The staff was very kind they were a little confused and charged us for an extra coffee that we did not even receive, there were only three ladies and this was today. This is a wake up call to the owners to hire more people because three people doing absolutely EVERYTHING is not okay and it ruins the service of the restaurant, and it is not like the ladies were not working because they were busy as we could see them from our seats. I understand that this is a new location
I’ve tried the golfeados and the quesadilla guayana one day, delicious. Went back the next day to get the same for my friend to try it, along with 2 cachitos one with jamon and the other with queso. All very good 😊
Place is marvelous, food is amazing, one of the best sweet bread that you will ever try in your life, they have a lot of options on pastries and bakery, along with desserts and venezuelan snacks. They have frozen options for tequeños and other stuff so you can take that and fry it home. Also they have aged cheese and many other ones along with sour cream. I didn't try the empanadas but they were really big sized. Menu is a little pricey but is the tendency among venezuelan food around the Florida state. Service was a little slow, the cashier took forever to complete the order.
