Quaint, cute, fresh and an absolutely delightful romantic café. The atmosphere inside is lively and just the perfect vibe, especially for brunch. It is very unassuming for its outside appearance, but its food is full of flavor and life. The BLT was fresh and added a new spin. The Marsacpone French toast was heavenly, not too sweet and the perfect texture. The fruits were great even concerning the weather, making it feel just like summertime. The drinks were just the right amount of sweetness and bitterness, you can tell that the barista knows what he is doing! Absolutely no complaints and we were surprisingly surprised by the beautiful interior, service, and food. Definitely stop by!

I had such a wonderful experience at this café! The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful, and everything tasted just as amazing as it looked. The toast was perfectly soft and flavorful, paired with fresh fruits and cream — simply delicious. The matcha latte was smooth and rich, with just the right balance of sweetness.

Great impression. As a Brooklynite, I appreciate the service, quality, and speed of the food. Good workspace (especially the quiet). Perhaps the only downside is the price, but this could improve depending on the support and consistency this place receives. Great business! 🙌

New coffee shop in the area! I ordered a cortado to stay. A patron came after me but ordered hers to go so they prepared hers first, which I thought was a bit odd. But they brought the drink to my table, which was nice. The drink was balanced, not acidic, though they steaming could have used some more technique, but it tasted fine. The environment is very dark, so it’s not quite as nice to sit in, but it’s good for a quick morning drink!

Absolutely loved my experience at Velvet Honey Café! The Bath Avenue Roast Beef was incredible—so flavorful and perfectly prepared. The non-alcoholic champagne is such a brilliant idea, refreshing and elegant without the alcohol. The desserts are absolutely delightful—each one feels like a little work of art. Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and truly unique offerings. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
