I’ve received multiple packages from this company and have consistently had a great experience. Their communication is excellent, from the moment the item is packaged to when it’s shipped, everything is clear and transparent. I especially appreciate that they provide proof of delivery, which is incredibly valuable when living in a Miami apartment complex. Overall, I’ve had zero issues and truly appreciate their reliability.

They delivered my package five blocks away. In the chat, they argued with me instead of offering any solution. They refused to go back, retrieve the package, and deliver it to the correct address, even after I explained the situation. I spent the entire day trying to resolve this with them, and in the end I still don’t have my items and haven’t received a refund.

I received my pot set. It’s beautiful and the quality is excellent. It’s not to heavy nor light, it’s feels good in my hands. I can’t wait to start cooking in them!

This company always delivers my Sephora orders, as well as my Nespresso orders. They are always super efficient fast and very respectful of the property. They even bring the package up to the apartment instead of just leaving it by the mailbox they are delivery drivers have always gone above and beyond, even when our callback system was down and have waited for me to come down and grab the package.

I cannot recommend this facility location with good conscience. I ordered a designer bag from an online second hand store and I was receiving consistent tracking updates up until it reached this location. That’s when they first told me the delivery would be delayed, then when I followed up they informed me the package was damaged and needed to be returned to sender. So now the sender of course needed the tracking information updated to reflect this, and it is then after multiple back and forths, a senior coordinator for this company confirmed this package was lost in transit. However, it never got scanned out as “in transit” so it got “lost” at the facility since there’s no tracking update as leaving the facility. So this package was most likely stolen or lost at the facility. 0/10 would n
