My delivery was prompt, and delivered with care. Even with the holiday rush my package was delivered quickly and before the holiday. I signed up for delivery updates which I received and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your service with my delivery!

Worst experience ever. My package marked as deliver was not. I tried to reach to them and their driver claimed it was delivered to a random store in my neighborhood. Of course which he could not tell. You would think they have some training before to learn how to us maps and make sure to deliver to the right person. The sender would not refund me cause the carrier was supposed to be looking for it. While veho woul tell me they could not do anything. It went back and forth with no solution provided. Conveniently they don’t have phone number only text to discuss with you. What a lost of time Shops stay away from that carrier. Customer refuse to order if that is the carrier offered

Despite giving them very specific delivery instructions, they have either placed my packages in the wrong location or delivered them to the wrong address. I never received the packages that weren’t delivered to my home. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This place is terrible. My package has been sitting at their facility in North Randall ohio for 3 days now with no update except "delayed shipping" I WANT MY MERCHANDISE!!!!!

Terrible company made no attempt to deliver my package and when looking up package on their website my package number could not be found if I order from any company and I have to go through them I’d rather just cancel my order.
