For whatever reason they had difficulty verifying my address and contacted me for clarification. I verified the address with them. They delivered my package to the wrong unit. When I brought this to their attention, they admitted they were at fault but stated they could not do anything about it since I reported it a day after the delivery and that I should contact the vendor for a refund. I ended up going to pick up my package in person from the address they delivered to. Upon receiving the package I noticed they had somehow input the wrong address on the package. On top of that, the driver left my package sitting outside of the building rather than handing it to the person inside. Very inconvenient, poor customer service and incompetent drivers.

I just had 2 deliveries using Veho for the first time ever. I must say I was so impressed with their service. I was initially given day of delivery and tracking. Day of delivery never changed, closer to delivery time, I was given updates on how close they were with time period of delivery, and update once delivered. It was so fast and very clean. It is not often I give a review but this time I think it was warranted.

Veho delivers our Nespresso. We couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service Veho provides. We appreciate the ability to be notified at every step of the delivery. We usually receive our package before the time window provided. Thank you Veho for getting us our orders on time, every time!

The communication about my order was consistent and I never wondered what was going on with it. The Order came very quickly and the delivery notices about when it would arrive were very specific with expected delivery times and once it was delivered, I received a notice with a picture so that I could make sure I picked it up immediately after it was left on my porch. I really appreciated how thorough they were and the quick shipping! I’m very happy with this company.

Never a bad experience getting my packages delivered from Veho. They’re always even a day earlier than expected. My items are never damaged but handled with exceptional care. 10/10 as always!
