Quick shipping and provided communication every step of the way. Only rating a 4 because I was told my package fell off the steps into the driveway, I had to go around and open the gate to get it. No damages to the package. The delivery person was very transparent and helped me locate the package. Overall, great service! 📦

Accurate updates, and even got a notification when the driver was one stop away in case I had any specific instructions for delivery (I did not). Then I received a text to let me know when it was delivered to the apartment bldg. Great experience!

This company seems to be set up to steal packages. I waited for the delivery of my package. It came while I was at work. They snapped a picture and said it was delivered. I came home and no package. This is a secure community I live in and all UPS and Amazon packages are delivered, never stolen. I think this company driver stole the item after taking the snapshot picture.
