Customer Reviews
Vedge is truly exceptional. The food was amazing from start to finish. Every dish felt thoughtful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It was one of those meals that leaves you completely satisfied without feeling heavy. The flavors were vibrant and balanced, and each plate felt creative yet comforting at the same time. The drinks were excellent as well. Creative, well crafted, and a perfect complement to the food. What really elevated the experience was the service. It was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive. The staff clearly care about what they’re serving and about making sure guests have a memorable experience. An incredible meal all around. I can’t wait to go back.
Such a fantastic spot. I love vegan a vegetarian cuisine that doesn’t offer you a bunch of attempts at fake meats but rather lets the vegetables stand on their own. We did the tasting menu and the consommé and the mushrooms were the absolute stand outs. The tofu dish was a little disappointing but not enough to detract from the exceptional meal.
I went to Vedge for a birthday dinner and noted it in the reservation. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious and light, but the birthday touches were minimal — menus said “Happy Birthday” and the dessert I ordered came with a single candle. The server accidentally spilled a glass of water, mostly on the floor, with limited follow‑up. Overall, the food was outstanding, though the birthday acknowledgment and service recovery felt understated for a special occasion.
Anyone who says "I need meat" is either a picky eater (no judgment - the struggle is real) or just plain isn't thinking it through. This food is as delicious as any meal I've had anywhere, truly special. Also the service is just about perfect and the wine tasting is daring but satisfying.
The food is great, we had a couple snacks & drink at the bar, as well as 3 main dishes for dinner; the fancy radishes, fingerlings, tacos & cheesesteak were amazing, drinks were wonderful, too. For desserts, the chocolate pot de creme was to die for.
