Vedas Indian Cuisine WESTPORT

I just moved to Norwalk this year and I have been looking for an Indian spot! To start, I love how the restaurant is BYOB, I was able to bring my favorite wine and they supplied the wine glasses (super thoughtful)! My husband and I ordered the lasooni Gobi , samosa chat, chicken tikka masala and chicken Korma! All of the dishes were super flavorful! I can’t forget the Naan! It was so fluffy and warm - we had 2 orders! Highly recommend!

Had ordered Lasooni Gobi, Hakka Noodles, and Veg Fried Rice from Vedas. Chef prepared it as per my asked spice level. Everything tasted good and the flavors were nice. The portion size was quite generous for the price. Overall a good experience, would definitely order again.

Came due to a coworker’s recommendation and the food did not disappoint! The service by Girish was top tier and was very generous to our needs. He was quick. We drove from Norwalk and this will be our go to place for Indian food going forward! It’s less than 20 minutes drive from Norwalk. We ordered the lasooni Gobi and chicken tikka masala. This is my second time here in 6 weeks and had a wonderful experience again!

As an Indian, this is my home away from home. The food at Vedas is as authentic as food from India! If you really want to taste the flavours of India, this is your place to go. The staff is kind and professional. The taste and presentation of the food is amazing. I loved the samosa chaat here. The naan is crispy and hot out of the oven! As a vegetarian, I am often limited in terms of food options but Vedas has some of the best Indian vegetarian dishes I have ever tried. I recommend this place 1000000%! Must try. The absolute best indian food in all of connecticut.

The food is great and the new management has taken away all sweeteners and dyes. Great lunch special price. The atmosphere is modest but feels comfortable and authentic.
