Veda - Modern Indian Bistro

I come here almost every weekend and have been able to try a wide variety of dishes and each and every time the consistency of the quality and taste amazes me. The service is also consistently top notch with bar tenders and servers who really make an effort as well as the host who is very accommodating. They also have one of the best happy hour deals I’ve seen with great prices on the food and drinks for happy hour. Cannot recommend Veda’s enough!! I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing and concerning. There were four of us dining together last night. We started with the chicken murmuri appetizer, which was actually quite good and gave us high hopes. For entrées, we ordered goat cheese naan, chicken chettinad, Bombay goat curry, and palak paneer. Almost immediately after taking our first bites, all four of us commented that something felt “off” about the food. The chicken chettinad was clearly undercooked — the chicken was chewy and had a raw texture that made it difficult to eat. The Bombay goat curry also did not taste right and felt questionable. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE: -ZERO stars for food if I can!! Absolutely horrible food. Such a waste of time, energy and mainly money. We were a party of 3 and we wanted to have some vegetarian food. We opted for veg biryani - i will challenge you thats white rice mixed with some sauce and it was smelling and absolutely tasteless - 100% not fresh. Funny part is its not even properly "reheated". Second horrible dish is the navratan korma- omgg the sauce was the worst I've even eaten so far It only had 1 vegetable - peas thats it. Finally the roti - so dry and weird that we asked for butter on top. We were starting at each other's faces we didn't want to make a scene we paid $70 for literally nothing we literally left all the food and walked out. Absolutely trash. Please save your time an
