We came for dinner and absolutely loved our experience. We had the spicy edamame for appetizers as well as the fried gyozas. Both were made so well - the edamame was soft and salty with a nice slight crisp. While the gyozas were flavorful and crispy. With the insides being warm and fluffy with filling. For sushi we ordered the mermaid, mango and Brie rolls ~ all of them were great(!) incredibly unique, our absolute favorite was the mango roll it was dense with bursts of light fruit flavor that came through the fish in such a refreshing way. The mermaid was light, airy and refreshing - the seaweed is such a good addition to the roll and really brought it all together in such a nice balance. JR and Isaac did an amazing job recommending the best sushi rolls. The food was fresh and the flavors were so rich and delicious. Genuinely one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had. The service was great and the food incredible. Can’t wait to come back for happy hour.

Jacob was awesome. Food was really solid. I was surprised for the price, all really reasonable for the quality and BIG pieces of fish on the nigiri. Would be 2 piece as other spots. Everything from the atmosphere to the food and service was top notch - an excellent and authentic sushi and Latin food fusion experience that pays homage to both cultures while bringing in new and delicious combinations to the table! Highly recommend sushi lovers to try it if they’re in coconut grove.

Went to Varsol Sushi Bar and honestly had a great time. The sushi was fresh and everything we ordered tasted really good. The place feels comfortable and has a nice atmosphere without being too fancy. The service made the experience even better. Gabriel the manager was excellent and very attentive, you can tell he really cares about the customers. Gustavo was our server and he did a great job, friendly, helpful, and always checking in at the right time. Overall a very good experience with good food and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back.
