Free sign up to access statewide audio-books treasure trove for your Kindle or device. Weekly social gatherings over coffee for adults, children's book hours. Check summer hours. Outside seating and inside, too. Monthly special features. Street parking out front. Make it a habit!

Great mountain village library! I've been living in a quiet secluded cabin nearby and get awfully board and lonely... Going to the nearby library is a good way for me to practice socializing, with lovely people.

This is an adorable little library. I've been there a few times and the staff is so nice and really friendly.

These people are the nicest

This place could easily be a 4 were it not for the illegal signage at the entrance which violates the Americans w/ Disabilities Act- demanding the leashing of a service dog violates the rights of your disabled patrons like myself with service dogs whose tasks cannot be performed while leashed. Any "service" dog not on a vocal recall is a fake anyway so there's literally no excuse for including that- they don't even legally have to wear a vest. While I'm used to encountering stray ableism in Vermont it always stings a bit extra when it's a place that's "mEaNt FoR aLl" and allegedly committed to teaching/being informed. I hope this is rectified before I return (I will update this review accordingly after my next visit). Beyond THAT nonsense it wasn't a bad little place. It had a cute layout
