Vaqueros Over the Fire

Great food at decent prices. In fact, the $5 breakfast special is unbeatable. Pancakes, eggs, bacon all delicious. I had the smash burger with fries and my friend had chiliquilles which looked amazing. Service was not bad, it was just very very slow. Other than that, it's worth a try.

Vaqueros has become my favorite! They are quick at their drive thru, everyone who works there is very nice, and it’s very inexpensive for how delicious everything is. I haven’t had anything I didn’t love. Their Wednesday customer appreciation plates are amazing quality for $5 , and that’s fed my family so many times providing a super satisfying meal without breaking the budget. I recommend everyone try the birria balls at least once, and my new favorite the everything hot fries

I had the $5 breakfast which consists of three pancakes, two eggs and two slices of bacon. Pancakes were good and the eggs and bacon were as well. A great value might I add. This place regularly has specials on different days until sold out. The French toast was good also. The chilaquiles here are not your traditional chilaquiles. So be aware of what your ordering. This place has a mix of traditional/street/fusion in my opinion. That being said the sauce was really good with a perfect amount of spice and the carne asada was juicy and flavorful, they use a decent quality cut of meat, you could eat this dish more like nachos if you wanted as the tortilla pieces weren't as soft as you'd find in the traditional dish. Absolutely amazing experience! This restaurant has delicious food at unbeatable prices — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they put love into their food. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, they make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place that has both great food and genuine people behind it. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food, great prices, and amazing service. Definitely one of my new favorites!
